Henri is a Consultant at CAA Portas, advising clients across government, investment, and private sectors on sports strategy and commercialization. Based in Dubai, he has led work on national facility roll-outs, federation strategies, and commercial growth plans across football, padel, shooting, and golf. Prior to joining Portas, Henri worked at Capgemini Invent in Paris, supporting strategy, transformation and M&A projects for global clients. He brings an international perspective, having studied and worked across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Henri Langlois d'Estaintot is a Consultant working with us at CAA Portas, currently supporting projects across the Middle East and Europe. He focused on supporting governments, investors, and private sector clients on high-impact sports strategy and commercial transformation projects. His work spans the full sports value chain - from infrastructure development and federation strategy to go-to-market planning, financial modelling, and investor due diligence.
Henri has been contributing to our work by leading project management efforts across cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders including investors, ministries, and private operators. He has played a key role in the development of strategies for a network of shooting ranges in Saudi Arabia, as well as the design and launch planning for a first-of-its-kind padel centre of excellence in the UAE. His recent work also includes assessing the socio-economic impact of a major global sports apparel brand.
Before joining us, Henri worked as a consultant at Capgemini Invent in Paris for two and a half years. There, he advised international clients on business transformation, mergers and acquisitions strategy, and performance optimisation. He brings a global perspective to his work, having delivered projects across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Henri holds a Master’s in Management from IE Business School in Madrid - where he was awarded the Beta Gamma Sigma distinction recognising his academic performance in the top 10% of his faculty - and a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal. His multicultural background and analytical rigour enable him to deliver actionable insights to clients navigating complex challenges in the global sports landscape.
Outside of work, Henri has a strong sporting background. He captained the U15 Hauts-de-Seine Football Cup winning team and continues to actively play padel.
