Senior Business Analyst
Lin is a Senior Business Analyst working with us across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. He supports sports organisations with commercial strategy, cost optimisation, and sponsorship analysis. Lin has previously worked at The FA, Bloomsbury Football Foundation, and Chelsea FC. He speaks English, Dutch, German, and Mandarin, and holds a First Class LLB from King’s College London.

Lin is a Senior Business Analyst, supporting clients across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. His work focuses on strategic planning, commercial development, and operational improvement for sports organisations, including governing bodies and private investors.
He has been supporting the development of commercial strategies for football leagues, conducting sponsorship analysis, and leading cost optimisation initiatives for governing bodies. Lin has also contributed to private equity investment projects in the Middle East, helping evaluate and support investments into sports-related companies.
Lin also spent a year on secondment at The Football Association as a Strategy & Performance Manager, where he supported the Grassroots Strategy and produced a Social Return on Investment report. He has also previously held roles at Bloomsbury Football Foundation and Chelsea FC, where he contributed to community engagement and football development programmes.
Lin completed the Diversity in Business of Sport programme and graduated from the Premier League’s Future Leaders Academy. He earned a First Class Honours degree in Law (LLB) from King’s College London.
Outside of work, Lin enjoys playing futsal and football, running, going to the gym, cycling, playing pick-up basketball, and trying out new sports.
