Lydia is an Accounts Payable Specialist at CAA Portas, supporting financial operations across the UK, Europe, and global markets.
Before joining us, Lydia worked at Upstream as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Prior to that, she spent fifteen years at Nortel Networks Telecommunications Ltd and three years at Truck-Lite Europe Ltd, both in accounts payable roles. During her time at Nortel, she remained with the company through its administration process, becoming the last member of her 14-person team. Over the following decade, she worked closely with administrators as the company downsized globally, taking on unfamiliar tasks and working across new territories.
Lydia has a strong interest in fitness and has maintained an active lifestyle over the years. She previously taught Jazzercise and Ballet, and in her twenties, she participated in extreme sports including white water rafting, surfing, scuba diving - including a night dive - and parachute jumping. More recently, she has taken part in aerial fitness classes for over a decade, completed several mud obstacle runs, and regularly attends circuit training and local park runs.
