Nassib led major sports projects across GCC, such as :
- Managing a multi-workstream engagement for a major GCC Olympic Committee; includes preparation for Supreme Committees, event hosting strategies, and related initiatives (current engagement)
- Led feasibility studies for sports assets within a GIGA project in KSA
- Developed a 10-year strategic roadmap for a GCC events and entertainment authority, conducting market analysis and aligning stakeholders
- Led the development of a National Strategy in KSA and formulated a 3-year activation plan, including impact assessment and resourcing requirements.
- Designed the governance model and evaluation framework for public, private, and third-sector stakeholders of a major sector in KSA
- Developed a strategy, target operating model, and implementation plan for a national events center in the GCC.
