Nicole Parodi
Senior Business Analyst
Nicole is a Senior Business Analyst, supporting strategic analysis and delivery across the Middle East for CAA Portas. Prior to joining us, she worked in consulting at PwC Middle East and at the StartAD accelerator in Abu Dhabi, gaining experience working on transformation initiatives and regional partnerships.

Nicole is currently working with us at CAA Portas as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting projects across the Middle East.
She has been contributing to our efforts by applying her experience in strategy and transformation, which she developed during her three years in consulting at PwC Middle East. There, she worked on health and economic projects, gaining exposure to regional policy and operational reform. Before that, she supported startup incubation and strategic partnerships at the StartAD accelerator in Abu Dhabi.
Nicole co-founded an NGO in Peru called "Enséñame Voluntariado", which scaled access to education for over 100 students. She also coached the Junior NBA girls team in Abu Dhabi to a championship win in 2022 and captained both the varsity basketball team at NYU Abu Dhabi and the PwC Middle East basketball team.
She studied Economics with a Finance specialisation at New York University Abu Dhabi, where she was an Honors Scholar.
