Senior Business Analyst
Nour is a Senior Business Analyst at CAA Portas, with experience across sports strategy, capability development, and event delivery in KSA. She has worked with major national stakeholders on projects including the Saudi Basketball Federation strategy, AlUla’s active living strategy, and a Golf Saudi event revamp. She also contributed to the SOPC federations program and hosting unit, supporting capability building and national event planning. Nour holds a Master’s in Sports Management from Emlyon Business School.

Nour is currently focusing on sports strategy, capability development, and event delivery for government and sport sector organizations in KSA. She has developed initiatives to grow basketball participation across the Kingdom, contributed to AlUla’s holistic active living strategy, and supported Golf Saudi in revamping a women’s sports event. As part of the SOPC federations program, she led the capability development stream and helped strengthen operational effectiveness across federations. She also supported the SOPC hosting unit on stakeholder engagement and national events planning.
Before joining CAA Portas, Nour worked with the French Federation of Corporate Sports and Mailman China. She also completed a consulting internship with Nielsen Sports in Germany.
Nour holds a Master’s in Sports Management from Emlyon Business School and has previously represented Lebanon’s national football team for 7 years.
