Shahad Ghosheh is a Business Analyst at CAA Portas, where she plays a key role in delivering strategic consulting services across the Middle East. Over the past year, she has contributed to high-impact projects, including the implementation of a sports federation transformation program. Before joining the company, Shahad completed a seven-month internship at McKinsey & Co. through the Maqdira Internship Program; she worked within the financial sector across the Middle East serving multiple public and private sector clients.
Shahad holds a First Class Honors degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Alfaisal University. In addition to her academic achievements, she was the president and founder of the Business Student Association at Alfaisal University and actively participated in basketball.
